The Osceola Police Department has 4 sworn law enforcement officers, one being the Town Marshal, that are responsible for routine police functions which run two shifts, sometimes staggered. The Department may be called upon to assist neighboring police departments if there is a need and may also ask for assistance under certain circumstances. The department provides the community with quality police and public services, impartial enforcement of the law, while treating all people with fairness and respect.
